Field Cast Iron Griddle

The griddle is more versatile for day to day cooking than a normal cast iron skillet, and because it has no walls it’s functionally a lot lighter for a given cooking surface area.

This is definitely my go to pan, great for eggs (perfect after time, over easy), meat (smash burgers!), reheating pizza (crispy bottom and nicely warmed through), etc.
